Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE THE DESIGN?
A. If we miss the mark the first time, don't worry! We will follow these steps to ensure a great end result that everyone is happy with:

Ask clarifying questions to get specific insights into what your dislikes are and what you envision instead.

Make required revisions, or, offer solutions or alternatives based on the feedback, such as tweaking certain elements or presenting new design options.

Collaborate closely with you on the revisions to ensure the final design meets both your vision and professional, industry functionality and standards.
Q. DO I NEED TO COME TO YOU?
A. Not if you don't want to. We are all busy people living in busy times and almost everything graphic related can be done over email or zoom meetings. Please get in touch to discuss what suits you.​​
Q. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I WANT, WILL THIS MATTER?
A. Absolutely not! That is what we are here for! Many people tell us they don't have a creative bone in their body - and that is OK! We are here to help. ​​
