Image editing apps

An interesting Question popped up from a client today. What app do I use to edit/brighten photos? I answered Snapseed. I think it offers most of the editing effects photoshop has to offer. I may seem a little difficult at first but have a play around! try everything. It’s the best way to learn 👍🏻
